Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person? U‑Haul seeks friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our customer service team, providing exceptional service via inspection, maintenance, and dispatch of equipment.

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, checking fluid levels and ensuring readiness.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane tanks (certification offered through U‑Haul upon employment).
• Operate forklift (certification offered through U‑Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing training through U‑Haul University.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The work involves moderate risks and requires protective gear. Physical exertion includes standing for long periods, moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.

$17.87–$19.87 hourly.
