Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and promote guest loyalty program.;
Support store operations: manage visual/operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently.;
Respond to guest inquiries by phone or in person and escalate issues to the Store Manager when appropriate.;
Assist in training and onboarding of store associates, reinforce company policies and procedures, and provide performance feedback to staff.
