Key Lead Responsibilities

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. They are part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through exceptional customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.

The schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent 1 year of retail experience.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required; experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and confident; ability to take initiative.
• Adaptability, flexibility, detail‑oriented and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Applied learning, proactive thinking, and strong work ethic.

The starting rate for this position is $21.15 per hour.
