Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are driven to connect – every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge to make your sales goals happen. Enjoy uncapped commission potential; top earners can make up to $100,000. New representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commissions.

Individual starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary is tied to meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
  • Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most.
  • Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects through scheduled appointments.
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and achieve sales targets.
Training and Support

We start you with paid training to set you up for success in the field. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities keep you on track and tech‑savvy.

Key Expectations
  • 1+ years of commission‑sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
  • Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor‑vehicle record.
