Sales Associate ​/ Jewelry Consultant - Zales - Santa Rosa Plaza - Santa Rosa, CA

We are looking for seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time sales consultants to join the Zales sales team.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer information about extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

• Base pay ranging from $18.21 to $24.60 plus commission on sales.
