We’re looking for a Upgrade Service Drive Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This is an entry level opportunity with strong earning potential and career growth for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

Depending on job performance, the Upgrade Service Drive Consultant compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $200,000 +.

• You’ll work with customers who are already visiting our Service Department. Your job is to build relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for us to purchase their existing vehicle.
• You’ll help customers understand their options while creating valuable acquisition opportunities for the dealership.
• Engage with service customers while their vehicles are being serviced
• Identify upgrade opportunities based on vehicle equity, age, mileage, and customer needs
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and current promotions clearly and enthusiastically
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate vehicle options
• Learn the automotive business
• Stay up to date on technological changes in the product
• Deliver a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint
• Track daily activities, appointments, and performance metrics

• Passionate about helping customers make confident, informed decisions

• Customer service experience - required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
• Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus!
• Self-motivation is key and a desire to succeed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work toward individual and team goals
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver’s License with Clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and criminal background check

* Automotive experience is not required. We’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Pay Defined:
The Upgrade Service Drive Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
