• Learn insurance industry terms, products and how Farmers can meet clients needs
• Work with existing agency owner in developing new customers and policy sales
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Provide insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales as needed
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, Bankers, Business Owners, etc.
• Have a career oriented mind-set and desire to succeed

• Property & Casualty license preferred, but not necessary; we provide licensing training and paid for assistance
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
