Healthcare Security Officer

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating with site leadership and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions;
Monitor access points and common areas, provide directions and assistance, and help manage visitor flow in accordance with site protocols;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, perform routine checks of doors and sensitive areas, and assist with lost and found and/or other service requests as assigned
