Join a team where craftsmanship and safety matter. Capstone Roofing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Roofer with strong shingling experience to join our residential roofing team. If you take pride in your workmanship, prioritize safety, and enjoy working with a skilled crew, we want to hear from you. Lead or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required.

• Install, repair, and maintain all shingle roofing systems with quality workmanship.
• Detect and repair leaks; ensure proper flashing, underlayment, and drainage installation.
• Operate tools, equipment, and safety systems in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with the crew, Foreman, and Operations Manager to ensure project goals are met.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe job site.
• (Nice to Have) Assist with training and guiding less experienced crew members.

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Roofer with strong shingle installation skills.
• Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Lead or supervisory experience is a bonus but not required.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on rooftops in all weather conditions.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and outdoor elements.
• Early start times and occasional weekend work may be required.
