Job Summary
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already has an understanding of appliance installations with current industry experience.
As a Delivery & Installation Professional, you are a key part of our team and the face of our company in the field. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy toward customers and coworkers are essential.
You will be responsible for the delivery and installation of household consumer goods. As a Delivery Driver, you are a key member of the team! This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
WhatWe’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
- current appliance installation experience (Freestanding and built-in appliances)
- Are highly comfortable using all types of hand tools, and standard power tools.
- Can complete clean, professional installations in customers’ homes
- Are confident troubleshooting installation issues on-site
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Take pride in your work and in maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety
- Deliver and professionally install household appliances
- Safely load, unload, and transport products to customer homes
- Troubleshoot basic to advanced installation challenges in the field
- Complete job paperwork including invoices, route sheets, and documentation
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service in every home
- Proven, current appliance installation experience required
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of standard hand and power tools
- Experience with gas connections, water lines, and basic electrical hookups
- Ability to operate box trucks, vans, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Ability to lift 50 - 100 regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
This role involves lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working in various home and weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work safely.

Pay scale: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience level.
