Moore Home Services is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician for our Install Crew in Santa Rosa, CA. You will lead residential change-outs, install high-quality heating and cooling systems, and mentor apprentices while delivering excellent customer service.
You should have 2+ years as a lead in residential HVAC, strong ductwork design and installation skills, and EPA 2 certification (NATE a bonus). This role offers year-round work and growth opportunities.
