Rancho Valencia, managed by Avenue5 Residential, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily upkeep, respond to service requests, and supervise a maintenance team across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and more.
You’ll inspect grounds, manage work orders, ensure safety, and control costs within budget while delivering outstanding resident service. A valid driver’s license, basic carpentry skills, and at least three years in property maintenance are required.
