North Bay Regional Center in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Social Services Case Manager to join our team of Service Coordinators. You will manage service delivery for clients with developmental disabilities, ensuring Individual Program Plans are pursued and coordinated with community resources.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years of relevant experience, and bilingual Spanish-to-English abilities preferred. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
