A leading electronics testing company seeks an R&D Software Engineer to support the development of manufacturing test solutions for next‑generation products. This role partners closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement software‑driven manufacturing test processes while working with advanced optical and electronic test equipment in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software-based manufacturing test processes to validate the functionality and performance of new products introduced into production.
  • Develop and enhance automated test solutions using object-oriented programming while supporting manufacturing and engineering teams throughout product development and deployment.
  • Configure and utilize advanced optical and electronic test equipment, including time-domain measurement systems, pulse lasers, and triggering technologies, to support manufacturing validation.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize manufacturing test processes while documenting results, supporting continuous improvements, and ensuring reliable test performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop scalable test solutions, resolve technical issues, and support successful product launches.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with object‑oriented languages such as C++, C#, or Java.
  • Experience interfacing with electronic equipment using SCPI is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of electronic circuitry and electrical engineering fundamentals is preferred.
Shift
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
