** Mon - Fri Start between 4:00am - 6:00am. MANY flexible scheduling options discussed during interview. Possible mandatory OT up to 3 days per week.
**** ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*** Load and unload product on and off truck using tie-down ratchet straps, shrink wrap and blankets. Product to include crated and uncrated items, custom fabrication and other pieces of equipment as directed.
* Check product loads to ensure safe transit.
* Deliver product according to pre-determined route while adhering to driving etiquette rules of the road. Must meet DOT requirements.
* Carefully unload product at customer site and check order, noting any corrections or damage.
* Complete all assigned reports and paperwork at the end of day.
* Communicate with Manager any system or documentation problems identified throughout the day.
* Collect payments, as required.
* Comply with all safety, delivery and driving documentation regulations, to include pre-trip and post trip documents.
* Perform safety and housekeeping duties as they pertain to Edward Don & Company and OSHA standards.
* Effectively communicates to customers and all levels of staff.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* *** Education/Experience
*** 6 months minimum, 1 year preferred driving experience
* Route delivery vs OTR preferred
* High School diploma or GED
* Class C drivers license (minimum)
* Clear driving record

* ** Class C License

* Ability to lift 75lbs
* Good organizational skills
* Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jacks
