Bus Driver

Location:

Santa Rosa, CA.

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Santa Rosa, CA. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Benefits
  • Starting pay $28.05 with progression to $37.26 over 4 years. New pay scale effective 7/1/2026 – $31.06 to $40.50.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute flawless operations by following routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional passenger care – smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of safety equipment.
  • Uphold company policies, seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 21 years or older.
  • CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
  • Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity – 100% outside, alone, in remote locations.
  • Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours/day); walk long distances and on uneven surfaces.
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch.
  • Endure traffic, dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
