Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This position focuses on safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook assignments.
Compensation & benefits $1,000–$1,200 per week After training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale)
Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on experience)
