salary: $52,000 - $56,160 per year

• Inspection of your truck for safety prior to departure.
• Operation of a commercial size glass truck with a manual transmission, following safety standards, DOT regulations and adhering to all traffic laws.
• Handling of glass products on the truck during deliveries utilizing established safety procedures at all times.
• Utilizing the proper safety gear and procedures at all times.
• Identifying deliveries that require additional assistance and/or equipment to unload safely.
• Notifying the office when a delivery cannot be made safely so that the office can work with the customer to reschedule for a time when the required assistance and /or equipment will be available.
• Storing delivered product in the customer’s facility per their instruction.
• Coordinating with office staff regarding time of delivery. Providing estimated time of arrival for customers as requested by office staff.
• Communicating with customers and their agents regarding timing and special instructions on deliveries to job sites.
• Collecting payment from COD customers and remitting payments and delivery paperwork to office upon return to the warehouse each day.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
