Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of college courses is a plus 2-4 years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or stockroom environment, preferably within the medical device industry Working knowledge of shipping methods, including international shipping, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software Ability to operate office equipment and proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documents and regulations Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work comfortably in a quiet, warehouse setting

Experience with international logistics and customs procedures Prior experience using QAD or similar ERP systems Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in a warehouse environment

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or related coursework is advantageous Extensive experience in medical device or healthcare-related logistics preferred

Ability to work in a predominantly quiet environment, sitting, reaching, and moving within the facility Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and carriers
