The Senior Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory transactions, receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) items based on the daily Production Schedule. This role ensures compliance with company standards while facilitating smooth warehouse operations. The coordinator also plays a key role in cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and managing materials flow between different storage locations.
In addition, this position will support warehouse operations, including the safe handling of materials and equipment, and will assist in the efficient organization and control of inventory.

- Review and ensure the accuracy of all inventory transactions (e.g., material requests, WIP completions, returns, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders).
- Report and process all inventory transactions in Oracle, including materials requests, returns to stock, and internal sales orders (ISOs) for transfers between locations.
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy (98% or higher) across all storage locations.
- Assist in cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and reporting to management.
- Process transactions for disposals, returns to vendors, and purchase order receipts.
- Unload inbound shipments, ensure proper receiving, and move products to storage locations.
- Safely and efficiently pull and prepare products for shipping, transfers, or manufacturing usage (staging).
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials and maintain proper storage conditions.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, report any discrepancies in safety or operation, and ensure proper upkeep of tools and property.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, including performing housekeeping tasks and keeping records of inventory movements.
- Assist in the safe handling, labeling, and storage of materials, following all food safety practices and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with company safety and GMP standards.
- Track and report daily inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and material movements to the cycle counter or supervisor.
- Generate and present reports on inventory transactions, discrepancies, and audit findings.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure employees follow proper inventory procedures.
- Communicate any inventory shortages, material problems, or quality deviations to supervisors.
- Support last-minute scheduling changes and communicate them to relevant team members.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
- Assist in processing employee reviews and providing feedback to warehouse supervisors.
- Work in all Amy’s Kitchen warehouse facilities as needed, with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Support the management of leftovers, ensuring proper logging and storage of excess materials in freezers.
