Door-to-Door Appointment Setter; No Sales

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as door-to-door appointment setters for Outshine Window Cleaning Pros in Utah County.

In this role, you’ll be out in local neighborhoods talking with homeowners and setting appointments for window cleaning quotes. This is not a sales position—your focus is simply generating interest and booking appointments for our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outside, meeting new people, and earning based on performance. We provide a simple system, training, and a strong pay structure with hourly base plus bonuses.

• $16/hour base pay
• $30 per appointment set
• $100 bonus when your appointment turns into a completed job

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods in Utah County
• Speak with homeowners about our window cleaning services
• Set appointments for our team (no closing required)
• Enter customer information into our system
• Track daily activity and appointments set
• Represent Outshine in a professional and friendly way

• Comfortable talking to people and working door-to-door
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors
• Has reliable transportation
