$80,000–$180,000+ per year
Seeking a motivated, self-driven Design Consultant to help customers throughout the Wasatch Front with retaining walls, excavation, grading, drainage, and related projects.
Independent contractor (1099) preferred with company-provided leads & appointments.
Responsibilities- Meet customers at their location by appointment
- Listen to their needs and design practical solutions
- Prepare estimates and contracts
- Manage leads and communication in our CRM
- Follow each project from the initial appointment through the completed installation
- Collect the final payment and ask satisfied customers for a review
- Customers outside the Wasatch Front may be handled by phone, text, and email.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Laptop computer
- Comfortable using email, text messaging, PDFs, and basic computer software
- Able to learn CRM software and Sketch Up
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Preferred experience:
sales, CAD or Sketch Up, landscaping, excavation or construction
