We are seeking a dedicated
Technician
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, splicing, and repairing systems to ensure they operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform fiber installations and/or splicing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist with the setup of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols.

• Experience as a fiber and/or splicing technician is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
