Journeyman Plumber​/Crew Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and leadership-minded Lead Journeyman Plumber to oversee complex plumbing installations for residential custom homes and renovations. In this role, yo9u will need to be able to read plans, designing systems from scratch, and build it onsite with your crew.

System Design & Planning: Layout and design custom residential plumbing systems from scratch, ensuring compliance with local codes while accommodating architectural constraints.

Crew Leadership: Direct, mentor, and supervise on-site apprentice plumbers and helpers, managing daily workflow and maintaining strict quality control.

Luxury Installations: Install high-end fixtures, custom multi-head spa showers, smart home water systems, and complex filtration setups.

Collaboration: Work directly with general contractors, interior designers, architects, and inspectors to problem-solve spatial layout conflicts in the field.

Licensing: Valid Journeyman Plumber license in good standing.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of field experience,

Skills:

Proven ability to engineer and draft plumbing layouts independently without pre-existing engineering schematics.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing small teams, assigning tasks, and keeping projects on a strict schedule.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interface professionally with premium clients and project stakeholders.
