We are looking for a dependable, motivated CDL Class A or B Dump Truck Driver to join our team. If you want a steady local driving gig where you are home every single night and treated like a person, not a truck number, let’s talk.

Hauling construction materials (dirt, gravel, rock, asphalt) from local pits to active job sites. Hauling material from job sites to designated dump sites. Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is safe and good to go. Keeping a clean truck and maintaining basic daily logs/tickets.

License:
Valid Class A or B CDL.

Experience:

Previous dump truck or heavy equipment experience is a big plus, but a great driving record and a solid work ethic matter most. MVR:
Clean driving record and up-to-date medical card. Attitude:
Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate smoothly with job site foremen and pit operators.

• Driver focus and safety expectations.
• Site awareness:
  Absolute focus is required while navigating active, high-traffic job sites, spotting tight dump areas, and backing up around ground crews.
• Cab organization:
  Keep the cab clear of loose items that can slide, roll under pedals, or create unnecessary visual distractions while driving.
• Operates equipment safely by eliminating distractions inside the cab. Must strictly adhere to company policies regarding cell phone use, maintain total situational awareness in active construction zones, and prioritize defensive driving habits on both local roads and highways.

• Class A or B CDL, with manual endorsement.
• Prior dump truck or heavy equipment experience a plus.
• Clean driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Preferably 2 or more years of driving experience.
• Willingness to learn and listen.
