Renovation Project Specialist - Santee, CA

Job Summary

Responsible for coordination of renovation and new construction projects, consulting with vendors, tracking, coordinating, and staging orders for product and installation. Partners with sales, customers, merchandising and vendors to provide specifications and quotes required for renovation or construction projects.

• Coordinate staged product deliveries and project installations, including problem resolution.
• Relay key pricing factors to the vendor for special orders, especially for high volume multiple unit facilities.
• Assist with product selection and generate quotes, creating quote presentations for sales representatives.
• Maintain consistent and accurate project status updates.
• Source vendors outside of the standard catalog to fulfill client needs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in relevant area.
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required.
• Experience in renovation or construction project coordination, vendor management, and quote generation.

Hourly pay range: $21.54 - $26.01.

Typically located in a comfortable environment with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, or odors. Most of the time is spent sitting, with frequent opportunities to move. Rarely requires lifting light articles. May require overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
