Lantern Crest Senior Living is a leading senior living community located in Santee, California. We provide exceptional care and support for our residents, promoting a vibrant and comfortable living environment.

As a part-time, 3 days per week Concierge / Front Desk at Lantern Crest Senior Living, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate department
• Assist residents with their daily needs and inquiries
• Manage mail and package deliveries
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized

• Prior experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
