Financial Advisor

We are a financial services firm seeking a dedicated Financial Advisor to join our team and help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals.

• Build relationships and acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with the branch team to develop, monitor, and adjust the business plan to increase effectiveness.
• Create a high‑engagement environment built on trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

• At least one of the following: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; financial services and/or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing or certification; or a record of professional/military career progression.
• Strong interest in financial services and markets; love of learning and challenges; skilled long‑term relationship building; comfortable in critical thinking; passion for new opportunities.

• SIE (self‑study supported by the firm) and Series 7 and Series 66 required. Registrations may be obtained during the paid study period.
• FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required.
• Ongoing training and CE requirements to keep licenses in good standing.

• Paid training and support to obtain registration and licensing.
• Salary for the first five years while building a practice.
• Firm‑provided branch office and operational support.
• No ceiling to earning potential; compensation tied to effort with opportunities for commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel.
