Job Summary

The Maintenance Production Manager oversees the maintenance operations and production activities. This role ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while also managing the production schedule and team performance.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and production activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and production outputs.
• Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the landscaping industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing production activities.
• Strong background in equipment maintenance and repair.
