We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience with abrasive blasting equipment and be comfortable working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting and abrasive blasting equipment safely
- Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing
- Clean and remove rust, paint, grease, and other materials from surfaces
- Inspect equipment and maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with general labor and production duties as needed
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Previous sandblasting or industrial labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working with heavy equipment and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work in dusty and noisy environments
- Respirator or PPE use may be required
- Steel-toe boots required
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

Pay Rate:
Starting $18.00/hr
Pay-Rate Ranges: $18.00/hr-$85.00/hr
