Position: CNC Lathe Machinist Mission:
The CNC Machinist's mission is to produce high-quality, precision-machined parts on time while ensuring efficient machine operation and minimizing downtime, contributing to the success of Discflo Pumps' production goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate and program CNC machines to produce parts with high precision.

Ensure all parts meet quality standards.

Maintain production schedules by completing tasks on time.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

Minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in CNC machine operation (Lathe, Mill, or both)
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
• Expertise in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
