Storefront – Barista, Cashier – Weekend availability required.

• Provide customers with service beyond expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best.
• Work in teamwork, follow direction and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for employees and customers.
• Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Work hard and enjoy the job while doing so.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat. The job involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers. Duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
