goPuff - - Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent customer experience and perform duties including cashier, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment;
Stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations to maintain cleanliness and complete operational projects/tasks;
Educate and enroll customers into Bev Mo!s Club Bev Program and the Gopuff App;
Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions such as substitutions or special ordering;
Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers and ensure accuracy of items picked/packed
