• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Effectively coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Lead a team focused on delivering the highest quality product, service, and customer experience.
• Provide customers with the best possible service and assistance with vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and related products, providing guidance without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the vitamin team.
• Unload, sort, and manage store deliveries.
• Ensure execution of all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and that team members follow them.

• Minimum 18 years old with at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience that includes leadership duties, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive with strong communication skills.
• Ability to give and receive direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willingness to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and maneuver heavy objects up to 72” over a distance up to 2 feet; lift and maneuver up to 25 ft. when required.
• Ability to walk up to 3 miles in an 8‑hour shift and to perform related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to navigate a ladder with a force up to 5 lbs. for up to 2 hours and up to 25 ft. distance.

$19.50 – $29.15 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
