Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and activity across the location, assisting with visitor interactions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and supporting established post orders;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, sharing observations related to tenant concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity with Allied Universal leadership and designated property representatives
