• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience (or a combination)
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous foreman experience preferred

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse

The wage range for Foreman Telecom Underground is $25.00 - $34.00.
