Position Summary

A Laborer is responsible for safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center or landfill. Responsibilities may include yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.

• Safely and efficiently perform assigned responsibilities, including: clean up work areas; fuel vehicles and equipment; clean track on track-type and related equipment; perform yard work (including mowing and paper pickup); operate general site vehicles and equipment (such as water trucks, pickup trucks, sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment); perform general office maintenance and repairs (including painting and janitorial work); install temporary wind fences as required;
  
  direct traffic at the site as necessary; and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay: $20 per hour

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $16.90 to $21.50, which reflects the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions. The actual range will depend on the locality in which you are hired.
