Job Description
Business Operations Coordinator
Ogden Industries is hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to support our growing businesses, including O I Parks and Property Management and Construction. This role will work closely with owners, park managers, vendors, and contractors to keep company operations organized and moving forward.
The Business Operations Coordinator will help track open tasks, prepare meeting agendas, follow up on action items, organize company documents, support property management operations, track construction projects, coordinate hiring tasks, assist with reporting support, and help make sure important items do not fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, tech‑comfortable, a strong communicator, and able to manage many moving parts s is not a basic assistant position. We need someone who can bring structure, follow‑through, and accountability to a fast‑growing company.
Responsibilities include supporting leadership with action tracking, assisting with O I Parks operations follow-up, helping to track construction projects, supporting accounting with document gathering and reporting needs, organizing internal systems, preparing meeting notes, coordinating follow‑up, and improving company communication.
Experience in operations, executive support, project coordination, construction administration, hospitality, property management, or office management is preferred.
The right person will be measured by organization, follow‑through, communication, task completion, meeting preparation, document tracking, and the ability to reduce dropped balls across the company.
