What You'll Do

• Inspect buildings at different stages of construction.
• Review blueprints for code compliance.
• Identify safety issues and explain fixes.
• Write clear inspection reports.
• Work with builders, architects, and property owners.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in building inspection or construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety rules.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Certification (ICC or similar) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
