Job Summary
Cindy Yee Kong, author of The Eyes of the Lion, founded Grace Animal Rehabilitation Center Inc. in response to the need to rescue and re‑home overpopulated stray cats in her community. She is looking for a real estate & construction adviser to help secure a site and build a permanent facility for its animal care operations.
Responsibilities- Identify and assess potential building sites.
- Develop a construction plan for a new facility.
- Purchase a building or consider purchasing and renovating an existing building.
- Procure contractors to assist with securing a site and constructing the facility.
- Manage cost estimating and project design.
- Skills in building site purchase, building design, cost estimating, and procurement of contractors.
- Proficiency in design and project management software.
