Job Overview

Position:
Virtual Block Specialist I (Individual Contributor).

Location:

Specified Cox site. Flexible work option: no remote.

• Use the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work virtually with the auctioneer to verify system information accurately represents vehicles.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, reviewing Simulcast bids.
• Provide vehicle announcements and arbitration to support the auctioneer.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Less than 2 years of related experience.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. Ability to lift 1–10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.

Must clear pre‑employment drug test. The role does not require a marijuana drug test.
