7-12 Summer School Teachers Needed
Manheim Township High School & Manheim Township Middle School
ResponsibilitiesPlanning and delivering daily lessons; assessing student performance and progress; and monitoring student attendance and behavior. Instruction for 2025 summer school will be delivered in various formats depending on enrollment and the course. The formats may include face‑to‑face instruction, synchronous and/or asynchronous lessons and activities in Schoology.
Dates and TimesAll course meetings will fall on Monday‑Thursday between June 15‑July 28 (no class on Juneteenth and for the July 4 holiday) for approximately 4 hours per day (8:00 am‑12:00 pm). Location and format (virtual or in‑person) will vary based on course.
MS Courses will run from July 1 – July 23, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (8:00‑12:00).
HS Courses will run from:
- June 15‑July 6 (1st session for MTVA – credit recovery courses)
- July 8‑July 28 (2nd session for MTVA – credit recovery courses)
- June 15‑July 28 (MT courses will span the length of sessions 1 &
2) - June 15‑July 9 (face‑to‑face PE courses)
- PE – Fit for Life/Sports & Fitness
- Health (Online)
- Personal Financial Literacy (Online)
- CP Geometry
- Pre‑Algebra
- Algebra 1 (A and/or
B) - Honors Physical Science
- 7th & 8th Grade English
- 7th & 8th Grade Science
- 7th & 8th Grade Math (Math 7 and Math 8)
- LLVS Online Monitor (up to 2 people)
- PE/Health
- 7‑12 Math
- 7‑12 English or Mid‑Level English
- 7‑12 General Science, Biology, or Mid‑Level Science
- 7‑12 Math or Mid‑Level Math
- Any Certification
