Overview
We are seeking a results-driven email marketing specialist with experience in Mailchimp campaigns to compose, design, and optimize email communications. The role focuses on improving open and click rates, re-engaging unopened email lists, and leveraging analytics to create effective customer journeys.
Responsibilities- Plan, design, and execute Mailchimp email campaigns.
- Improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- Re-engage unopened email lists and manage audience segments.
- Read, interpret, and act on campaign analytics and performance metrics.
- Create and refine customer journeys and automation flows within Mailchimp.
- Test approaches (A/B testing) and implement optimizations based on results.
- Experience with Mailchimp or equivalent email marketing platform.
- Proven ability to improve campaign metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability concepts.
- Ability to design compelling email content and layouts, with attention to accessibility.
