We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our Sapulpa fabrication team. The Structural Welder will perform a variety of structural welding duties, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to specifications. As a Structural Welder, you will work with overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment in a safety‑sensitive environment.

• Employ appropriate welding methods for structural fabrication
• Calibrate welding tools according to welding procedure specifications
• Perform fillet, tack, and full penetration welding on steel structural joints using GMAW and FCAW processes
• Conduct post‑welding treatment
  , including cleaning and grinding as required
• Set up welding equipment for multiple positions as assigned
• Operate overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and dollies to position materials
• Inspect completed welds for defects and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform daily equipment inspections before and after shifts
• Adhere to company safety and quality procedures at all times
• Report equipment or product defects immediately to supervisor

• Minimum of 1 year welding experience and/or welding school graduate
• Ability to set up, evaluate, and operate various welding and cutting equipment including oxygen/fuel gas cutting, plasma cutting, and AC/DC welding equipment
• Must pass required welding qualification test
