Ponderosa Solutions is seeking a safety‑focused and dependable Bulk Liquid Transload Operator to support the safe and efficient transfer of bulk liquid products between railcars, tank trucks, and storage equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

• Safely load and unload bulk liquid products.
• Operate pumps, valves, hoses, and transfer systems.
• Inspect transfer equipment and perform basic equipment checks.
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor transfer operations to prevent spills and contamination.
• Complete required operational and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues, hazards, and incidents promptly.
• Participate in safety training and emergency response activities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to work overtime and varying schedules.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in bulk liquid, rail, petroleum, chemical, terminal, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
• OSHA safety training.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
