Schedule:
4pm to 2:30am The Helper shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
This job requires the individual to work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated equipment and other hazardous processes which requires this job to be classified a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Assist craftsman with assigned craft.
Productivity level must consistently equal the Company's established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructions.
Workmanship must meet the Company's quality standards.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Sustain 5's requirements. Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team and give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the safety and quality standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Basic Fabrication shop experience
- Able to operate overhead cranes and power tools
- Able to read and write basic shop communications
- Able to use shop tape measure
- Able to learn to read shop drawings and understand bill of materials
- Must have the ability to learn new skills
