2nd Shift Supervisor (Tube-rolling / Assembly)

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus $2/hour shift differential

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our tube-rolling and assembly team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supporting a skilled workforce within the air-cooled heat exchanger industry.

• Supervise and coordinate daily tube-rolling and assembly operations to meet production schedules.
• Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the shift.
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with other shift supervisors and management regarding production status, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation.
• Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.

• Experience in the air-cooled heat exchanger industry required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of tube-rolling and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Previous supervisory experience specifically within the air-cooled heat exchanger industry strongly preferred.
