Movement Search & Delivery is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production operations at our aluminum recycling facility in Sapulpa, OK. You will oversee production, safety, quality and team performance to ensure efficient plant operation and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has a BS in business, engineering or operations, plus 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and change management.
