Paint Technician – Temp-to-Hire
Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Paint Technician for a Fabrication Shop!
MUST HAVES- Ability to pass a respiratory physical and health questionnaire
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around moving equipment, mechanical parts, and loud noise
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma/GED or related painting experience/training
- Must be willing to wear required PPE at all times
- Temp-to-Hire
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Non-Exempt
- Fabrication Shop environment
- Prepare surfaces by smoothing and removing old paint
- Mix and match paint as needed
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Read work orders and follow supervisor instructions
Set up ladders or scaffolding when needed - Maintain a safe, clean work environment
