Join Our Team
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team during weekend operations. This role is responsible for ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and changes in resident condition.
- Monitor staffing levels and provide support to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct rounds throughout the facility and address resident, family, and staff concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences and complete required reports.
- Support infection prevention, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource and decision-maker during assigned shifts.
- Current RN license in Oklahoma
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations preferred.
